EGALITY is a community-based organization designed to enrich the lives of young women between the ages of 12-18.

Our truth-based workshops and community events provide young ladies with the tools needed to improve self-esteem, make informative choices, become mindful contributors in society and embrace their true beauty - inside and out.

Christina has over 15 years of experience working with youth and young ladies in various roles including youth ministry, individual counseling and youth program development and facilitation. Christina has a passion for empowering young women to embrace their Royalty and true Beauty - Inside and Out.

During the 2022 - 2023 school year, Leaders of Tomorrow After-School Program partnered with the Regality Empowerment Program to provide social emotional outreach to our Isador Cohen and John D. Sloat Elementary intermediate scholars. During the bi-weekly sessions, Ms. Christina Hadley Gray facilitated impactful social emotional learning empowerment focus group projects and activities for our intermediate female demographic. Working with a diverse group of female scholars, Ms. Gray's sessions supported the primary school day and expanded learning teams' collaborative efforts.
